Board of Directors

Sky Ranch Community Association, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of individuals who are elected by Members of the Association. All Board Members are Members of the Association that volunteer and serve without any compensation from the Association. As Sky Ranch is still being developed, Board Members have been appointed by Lennar, the developer of Sky Ranch, until such a time as control of the Association is transitioned to the individual members. • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of common areas and amenities
• Prepare the annual budget for the Association
• Establish the rates of assessments
• Collect all assessments due to the Association
• Provide for necessary operational personnel
• Adopt and amend the community policies and guidelines
• Enforce all provisions of the governing documents
• Keep detailed Association accounting records
• Manage all necessary acts for the Association’s administration
